Day 1 – Birthday workout

Day 1 Birthday Workout

Just because it was my birthday doesn’t mean I can’t workout. Obviously, you want to do activities that are fun to do on your birthday and working out is an activity I love to do.

My birthday workout consisted of:
• Dead lift
• RDL power shrug
• Walking lunges
• Wheel tuck push-ups
• Band pull-a-parts

This was a great workout and I feel like I am becoming stronger!
